PVCC Athletics is hosting the 8th Annual Puma Classic on Saturday, Sept. 8, at the Arizona Biltmore Adobe Course in Phoenix. The golf tournament is a fundraising event in support of PVCC student athletes, with all proceeds going to the Puma Athletic Scholarship Fund.
The tournament is a four-player scramble, with registration at 6:30am and a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. Lunch, beverages, awards and a prize drawing are on the agenda after golf. Players of all levels participate and a grand time is had by all.
If you can’t play, but want to support the cause, hole sponsorships are available and the contribution of items that can be used in the post tournament drawing (dinner certificates, gift cards, event tickets, etc.) will be of great help. Some of the costs of your participation in and some or all of the costs of any donations to the event can be tax deductible through the MCCCD Foundation.
