Attend the PVCC Wellness Breakout Session from
noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, with exercise physiologist Mark Francis, B.A., in Room F130. This program is free and open to students, staff and the general public. No registration is necessary.
Learn the various techniques of using Kettlebells, Sandbags and Ropes in your workout. You will add variety, fun and effective training methods to our exercise routine. Francis also will demonstrate how these tools can be utilized in a comprehensive Metabolic training format.
